Yoga Nidrā Practice
Set aside 20 minutes a day for your Yoga Nidrā practice. In our course you will find more options for Yoga Nidrā. This one is especially designed to support you, nurture you and prepare you for both good sleep at night and a foundation for the Yoga Nidrā course!
Foundational Yoga Nidrā Practice
This is your first Yoga Nidra practice. Set aside 20 minutes each day to experience it fully. In our course, you’ll discover additional Yoga Nidra options, but this session is specially crafted to support and nurture you. It will help you prepare for restful sleep at night and lay a strong foundation for your journey through the Yoga Nidra course.
