BLISS IS OUR NATURAL STATE. We feel it when we are healthy in our body and at ease in our hearts. Sadly, our current world presents the body and mind with an aggressive amount of harmful chemicals and foods that take away this natural bliss.

  • Dinacharya; create a daily routine that allows you to start your day by loving yourself

  • Planning your cleanse; purchase products, mark your calendar & other considerations

  • The Mono Diet & Kitchari; what it is and the importance of it


  • Putting your prep work into action; this is where we begin the active cleansing stage!

  • Daily support: tips + tricks + journal prompts built for each day; via your teachable account

  • Emotional Processing; reflection on the cleanse and what new positive habits you will implement into your life

Johnna Smith is a teacher who speaks to the power of yoga to bring clarity and calm to the mind, strength and steadiness to the body, and at the intersection of the two, a space to honor life and live from a deep-seated purpose. She has studied Ashtanga Yoga and the Yoga Sutras since 1995 and is Authorized Level 2 in the Ashtanga Yoga Tradition from KPJAY Mysore, India. She is a certified teacher of Yoga Philosophy and Practices within the Sri Vidya Tradition of the Himalayan Masters from the teachers of the Himalayan Institute, and Certified Yoga Nidra Teacher from the ParaYoga Lineage. Johnna is a graduate of the Ayurveda College of California and Katie Silcox's Shakti School and has been Teaching Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda since 2001, it is her passion and purpose to create sacred spaces for self-remembrance, connection and wholeness.


Carole is a yoga teacher, lifestyle coach, entrepreneur and the CEO of Free Spirited Wanderer.

​In High School, she knew that she was destined for an unconventional life rooted in travel, yoga & self exploration.​

 She majored in Business to gain insight on how to become an entrepreneur, and studied abroad three times; business in Spain and Buddhist Philosophy in India & Cambodia to feed her adventurous, life-experience and knowledge seeking soul.​

 Carole completed her Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Trainings in Pokhara, Nepal (200YTT, 2014) & Kerala, India which is the birth place of Ayurveda (300YTT, 2018) so she could completely immerse herself in the yogic culture, lifestyle and learn the roots. 2018-2019, she completed a year long Ashtanga Apprenticeship with Johnna Smith & Shanna Small and finished out 2019 with a Para Yoga Marma Training. She is currently a student in another 200YTT, with Y2 Yoga, so she can continue to deepen her practice and teachings.

Carole didn’t become a yoga teacher so she could help others perfect their asana (physical) practice. She became a teacher so she could help them heal, feel awake, alive and activated and live a more fulfilling life, in alignment with their truest, most authentic self.

This led her to becoming a lifestyle coach, a space where she could blend yoga with coaching and deep dive into how to take yoga off the mat and implement it into one's desired lifestyle.

Carole encourages everyone to try yoga because she believes it is the path towards the discovery of one's innate potential, higher purpose & personal power.

Do we eat real foods or is this some juice cleanse BS?

No BS here! This cleanse is full of satisfying nutritional foods.

Will I be hungry?

Between the protein, healthy fats and no limits on how much you can eat you should feel satiated each day.

Can I drink coffee?

If you have been looking for an opportunity to quit coffee, this is a fantastic time! If this is not the right time for you to quit, we highly recommend organic coffee since non-organic is filled with pesticides.

What if I can't cleanse on these particular dates?

This workshop will provide you with the tools to do this cleanse safely and effectively on your own. You can still join to learn about it and be a part of the community and then actively cleanse on your own.

I'm not familiar with Ayurveda, will I still benefit from this?

Yes! We believe whole heartedly in the practices of Ayurveda and we share them in a way that the modern day goddess can relate!

What if I don't have facebook?

This part is an optional treat which we included to promote community.
